The short version. The app analyses your own Instagram account on your phone. It never posts, follows, likes or messages for you. Premium is billed by Apple, renews automatically and can be cancelled any time from your iPhone settings. The app is not an Instagram product.
These terms are an agreement between Follower Report AI ("we") and you. By using Follower Report AI you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the app.
Using the Instagram session you sign in with, the app reads your account data and shows analyses: follower changes, people who don't follow you back, engagement, story viewers, content statistics and similar. All of it is processed and stored on your device.
The app never acts on your behalf. It does not follow, unfollow, like, comment, post or send messages, and it offers no automation or follower-selling features.

| Restoring | Use Restore purchases in the app on a new device with the same Apple account. |
The free version limits how often you can run an analysis and which features are available. These limits keep the service sustainable and respect Instagram's usage rules, and may change over time.
We try to keep the service running, but maintenance, outages or changes on Instagram's side can interrupt it. For longer interruptions we show a notice in the app. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll explain what happens to active subscriptions.
The app's code, design, name and logo are ours. Your account content and the analyses produced from it are yours — we claim nothing over them.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or actions Instagram takes against your account. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. Meaningful changes are announced in the app, and continuing to use it after that means you accept them.
Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you have under the laws of the country you live in. Those rights apply in addition to everything above.
